What is the 30 Day shred?
- Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred is a great workout which uses muscle confusion to tone and slim your body quickly and efficiently, and the end result is should be amazing.
The workout lasts for 30 days & consists of 3 levels (level 1, 2 & 3). Each level tends to get a little harder. Although by day 4 of each level i was comfortable with it.
How often should i do the 30 day shred?
- I did it once a day 7 days a week. However, if you struggle with that, i recommend you aim for atleast 6 days a week.
- It is recommended yes, 3lb ones or 5lbs depending on your strength i guess. No i didnt always use weights. Start with 3lb weights and work your way up to 5lbs.
How much weight did i lose?
- 12 lbs.
‘I dont want abs like Jillian by the end of it’
Believe me, you wont get abs like Jillian. She has probably worked for months to get those abs. Yes you will tone up a little & it will look good.
