So i woke up feeling really crappy today, stepped on the scales and i didn’t lose. But still continued to do the 30 day shred, now i feel amazing! Definatly recommend it for anyone. Ive only been doing it for 2 days but i know at the end of it i will see a difference, it definatly makes up for those extra calories you might of consumed.
