Ok thank you so much! As long as I look good in that bikini this summer and lose this weight in a healthy way, I'll be happy! Thank youu! :) I was thinking, do you think I should make a weight loss blog on tumblr?? I kind of want to just to motivate others but idk if I should!

I started the 30dayshred four or five days ago and I feel great in the ab/hip area but, my legs feel almost bigger. Is that just from the workout and will go away as I keep doing it? I've had some soreness but, I'd prefer thinner thighs rather than bigger haha

It is probably just a illusion. & even if they do, its muscle! But muscle is better than fat right? so who cares! Im sure they look AMAZING.

The soreness will pay off, just stick to it and you will love the results xxxx

Hey I saw your 30 day shred results. You look amazinggg <3 But I wanted to ask you something and I feel dumb about it but are we suppose to do all 3 levels every day? or do we do level one the first 30 days, then level 2 the next 30 days n so on?

Dont feel dumb :’) No you dont, you do level 1 for 10 days. Then level 2 for the next 10 days. Then level 3 for the final 10 days. So it all adds up to 30 days :) xxxxxxxx

no problem! and remember some of the best motivation isn't the way you look in the mirror, but its how you feel when you're out and about. it's feeling like you look great and your body feels great too! our bodies werent meant to eat all those processed foods out there, so when you eat healthy, you just feel great and your body is happy :) it means better sleep and better moods too! youre doing great, and you truly arent even that far off from your goal! i look forward to watching your progress!

I adore your blog and you are so lovely, like a lot of people I am going to start the 30 days shred! but I don't need to lose a lot,I just need more abs, is it working on abs ? and is making lose a lot ? keep going you are wonderful xx

Yes it works on abs :) definatly, although i lost more fat (because i am fat) haha. I am pretty sure you will gain alot of muscle to.

What were you eating during the 30 day shred? Like on an average day?? :) xx

On a good day:

breakfast - oats

lunch - cereal bar and fruit

snack - fruit

dinner - salad wrap and ommlette :)

Most of my fat are at my inner thighs and the outer ones, did the 30 day shred help you much with that? x

YES!

It helped me the most with my thighs. I HAVE A THIGH GAP NOW! hehe xxxx

hiii thanks for putting up the 30 day shred! i'm not even trying to lose weight or stay in shape im already in great shape but it gave some great new ideas to add into my workouts that i'm already doing! i read your story and that's so great for you to have the mindset to work so hard! keep it up!
