I just read your story and I saw the bit about trampolining. I did trampolining as well for 9 years and getting in a leotard was literally the worst thing ever. I would feel like this ball of flab jumping up and down it got so bad that I stopped competing and eventually quit and to this day I still think of it as one of the main sources of my weight issues. So you're not alone! and keep going :) xx

I need some words of advice. Okay, so I have been soooo extremely busy that I haven't been able to work out lately.. I eat so much food on the weekends and I don't know how to get out of it, because during the week I have school and I carry my own healthy lunch and when I get home I eat a piece of fruit or whatever. How can I fix that? Thanks babe :) xx
Okayy so with working out, are you not able to go for a 20 minute walk or something? Anything is better than nothing :) Dont worry about it to much, eating healthy is the most important part.
I always used to eat bad on the weekends, but all i can tell you is that you just have to have the ill power and force yourself to do good. Theres nothing more to it, i know its easy to just grab something unhealthy but dont ruin your good week by doing it. Be strong and dont give it cos you are better than that xxx
