firstly im sorry for not posting so much lately, ive been out with friends SO MUCH. & my weightloss wasnt going to well either, well that is what i thought. That is untill i tried some old shorts on which didnt fit me last summer and today they fit me so so good :D
anyhow, i shall try and post more, i hope none of you hate me for it but im so busy lately with exams and stuff. Im still not happy with my weight, but i feel much more confident now AND i even leave my house without makeup. never in my life have i been able to do that so im happy that i now have some new found confidence in myself.

Hi, I don't know if you remember me, but I was the girl who had asked for your mealplan because I wanted to lose 15-20 lbs before summer! I just wanted to say, you look great! I love the outfit in that picture! And also, I wanted to say, that the last time I asked you, I was 5'1 and 138lbs, and know I'm 5'1 and 129 lbs! I offically started at 141 lbs, so that's 12 lbs lost! (I'm planning to go to 114) I just wanted to know is it alright to cheat sometimes?

Hey, love your blog! I ordered the 30 day shred a few days ago and only just now stumbled upon your results, I now feel even more motivated! I have one silly question, is the work out really only 20 minutes? or is that I different shred?
yayy :D yeah its only 20 mins, although with the warm up and cool own its about 27 minutes all together xxxx
