Wow! 12 Days difference that is so amazing, how do you do it? Im trying to lose weight aswell. I need help with things such as school lunch and snacks. What is healthy to eat? Other than fruit. And any other helpful tips?

eat healthy and exercise for 30 mins a day :), drink lots of water and control my portions. 

I love eating granola bars for a snack and also a sugar free jelo/jelly. Try and stick to scakcs under 150 cals :) xoox

Okay I'm trying to lose weight I have started working out and eating right like low calorie foods like food that's good for you but what foods do you eat and what is your work out plan. How many calories do you burn a day?

well i usually eat for breakfast, just cereal, i think its called fibre one.

Then for lunch i usually have a bagel, sandwhich, egg white omlette or something like that :) & for dinner i have whatever is cooked for dinner, i just make sure i control my portions and dont take 2nds! 

I usually run for 30 mins a day on the treadmill, and then i walk lots to! so im not sure how many calories. but on the treadmill i burn 200-300.

I honestly dont know because i havnt been under-eating or anything aha. Ate really healthy tho, no bad calories at all. & i drink sooo much water everyday. I also run on the treadmill for 30 mins a day xoxo
