wahhh, whys it go so fast? although having a boyfriend is super stressful, i wouldn’t change him for the world ♥
eat healthy and exercise for 30 mins a day :), drink lots of water and control my portions.
I love eating granola bars for a snack and also a sugar free jelo/jelly. Try and stick to scakcs under 150 cals :) xoox
well i usually eat for breakfast, just cereal, i think its called fibre one.
Then for lunch i usually have a bagel, sandwhich, egg white omlette or something like that :) & for dinner i have whatever is cooked for dinner, i just make sure i control my portions and dont take 2nds!
I usually run for 30 mins a day on the treadmill, and then i walk lots to! so im not sure how many calories. but on the treadmill i burn 200-300.

I honestly dont know because i havnt been under-eating or anything aha. Ate really healthy tho, no bad calories at all. & i drink sooo much water everyday. I also run on the treadmill for 30 mins a day xoxo
